Employee Module
ACE Payroll can accommodate employee related masters like employee qualification, designation/profession, salary grade, bank accounts. The module also records the employment contracts for employees, salary increment, hiring details and kin info. It contains employee information including job and salary history and assists with absence management.
Leave Module
ACE Payroll Leave module manages different types of leave according to U.A.E federal law. It also records unauthorized leaves for each employee. This leave module is tightly integrated with payroll module so it reduces the data entry in multiple points.
Visa Module This module helps to monitor full cycle of visa records with sponsorship details according to U.A.E law. It provides alert in advance about expiry of visa, which helps admin department.
Payroll Module
This module helps in defining the payroll period calendar, earning & deduction components, fixed earning and deduction details for the employees. Payroll can be processed for a single employee and for all employees.
Document module
This module manages documents like passport, labor card, labor contracts expiry and its status whether it is with the company or with employees. If documents are issued with return date, it will generate alerts about non-returned documents.
Security
Because HR departments hold so much sensitive information, security is paramount. ACE Payroll provides different levels of security and access rights depending on an employee's role within the company. The system and it's security are implemented in MS SQL Server. User logins are handled by Microsoft SQL so the security definition for a given user applies even when data is accessed through third party products, closing a potential breach of security which is often overlooked.
